A free open-air street-theatre festival that spills across Constanța's downtown squares and seafront for one weekend each July — percussion, acrobatics, giant puppets, parades, dance and clowns performed in six public spots. It is the street-arts strand of the city's summer performing-arts season, staged by the Constanța State Theatre, and reaches its third edition in 2026.
