Founded in 1949, Merlin is the only puppet theatre in western Romania, staging over 25 shows for children and young audiences. Its production The Window won a UNITER Award in 2026. In summer it runs a free outdoor mini-season on a mobile stage at the Maria Theresia Bastion.
