The Muzeul de Istorie a Moldovei in Iași is a museum presenting the history of the whole historical region of Moldova from ancient times to the contemporary period, with permanent and temporary exhibitions. It originated from the Museum of Antiquities founded in 1916 and now holds over 50,000 items across archaeology, history, and numismatics collections.
