Grivița 53 is the first private theatre built from scratch in Romania in roughly 80 years, opened in June 2026 on Calea Griviței. Raised without public budgets in a purpose-built home for the stage, it programs bold contemporary productions and an international season featuring names such as Odin Teatret's Eugenio Barba.
