Ploiești's veteran mountaineering, climbing and trail-running club, founded in 1985 to get locals into the mountains. Its flagship is Ciucaș X3, one of Romania's best-loved mountain trail-running weekends in the nearby Ciucaș range, with races from a kids' course up to a half marathon.
