The German Cultural Center (Kulturzentrum Klausenburg / Goethe-Zentrum), an official Goethe-Institut partner founded in 1994. Runs German language courses and internationally recognised exams, a library, and a cultural programme of film, talks and exhibitions, co-organising events like the Clujotronic electro-arts festival with the French Institute.
