The Romanian Yachting Federation's 2026 dinghy circuit for Optimist, ILCA, Cadet and OK classes, sailed off Constanța from the Tomis tourist port and Lake Siutghiol. It brings together the season's youth and one-design regattas and the national dinghy championship.
